Alex Rehnby-Martin's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Co-op Software Developer at Bit Stew Systems. In this role, they focused on cloud infrastructure and wrote scripts in bash and python to provision and configure environments.

In 2017, Alex joined AbeBooks as a Software Development Co-op. They were involved in improving the payment side of the AbeBooks website and led the design, development, security review, and deployment of a new service.

From 2018 to 2020, Alex worked as a Software Developer II at Reliable Controls. They primarily focused on writing desktop and server software in C++, including a custom remote VPN product. Additionally, they developed a configuration tool frontend using ASP.

In 2020, Alex joined Bit Quill Technologies and took on the role of a Senior Software Developer. Their responsibilities included working on data connectivity, developing ODBC and JDBC drivers, and using languages such as C++, Java, Scala, Javascript, C#, and C.

Within the same year, Alex also became a Team Lead at Bit Quill Technologies and continued this role when Bitquill was acquired by Improving. They have been responsible for team organization, solving blocking issues, and continued development and design.

Currently, Alex is working at Improving as a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead.
