Omer Paul Ketola is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a System Administrator at MPRO since December 2017, where responsibilities include evaluating, building, configuring, securing, and deploying Windows Servers, as well as managing Cisco ASA firewalls and Cisco CUCM VOIP systems. In addition to this role, Ketola has operated a consulting business since 2003, providing network support for small to medium-sized businesses. Previous positions include Senior Network Engineer at Shulman Clark Associates LLC, Network Administrator at Hartland Consolidated Schools, and Technical Services Manager/Senior Network Engineer at Visual Network, among others.
