Kathleen Leonik currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Imprint since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kathleen was the Chief Compliance Officer at Self Financial, Inc. from September 2021 to August 2023. Kathleen's extensive career in compliance includes positions as Head of Customer Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at Mercury® Financial from May 2015 to June 2021, as well as roles at Barclaycard, where Kathleen was Head of Compliance Advisory for Barclaycard US and Director of Compliance and Process Control from September 2004 to May 2015. Kathleen started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., working as a Senior Auditor in the Credit Card division from May 1995 to September 2004. Kathleen holds degrees in Compliance from Columbia International University and the Graduate Compliance School at American Banker.
