Mike Ornelas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career as an Inventory Control Manager at Ampersand Labels Inc. in 1992 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they worked as a Purchasing Manager at WS Packaging Group from 2006 to 2013. Mike then joined Label Impressions/Oc Premier in 2013 as a Purchasing Manager and part-time soccer trainer/coach before being promoted to Operations Manager at Label Impressions in 2014. In 2016, they became the Director of Production at Label Impressions Inc., and in 2018, they assumed the role of Director of Procurement and Costing at Western Shield Label Company.

Mike Ornelas attended 29 Palm High School from 1986 to 1989. After completing high school, they attended Fullerton Jc from 1989 to 1991. Later, from 2000 to 2005, they enrolled at Calvary Chapel Bible School La Mirada, where they focused on seminary studies.
