Chris Callow has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chris started their career in 1993 as a Department Manager at B&Q. In 1996, they joined Imprima as a Customer Service Executive and gradually progressed to the role of Customer Service Manager. Later, in 2012, they became the Financial Documents Director at Imprima. In 2014, Chris moved to Black&Callow, which was formerly known as Imprima Financial Print, as the Managing Director.

Chris Callow completed their A Levels and GCSE's in English Language and Literature/Letters, Art, Maths, History, and Physics at Bexley Grammar School from 1985 to 1992. Following this, from 1997 to 1998, they obtained a Certificate in appreciation of printing processes at the University of the Arts London. Later, from 1998 to 2001, Chris pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Print Production Management at the University of the Arts London.
