Leanne Mills is an experienced manager and consultant specializing in change management and project delivery for public and third sector organizations. Currently serving as a manager at IMPOWER Consulting since October 2019, Leanne previously held roles as director at Managing Total Change Ltd and senior consultant at CIPFA C.Co, where contributions included public consultations and organizational redesigns. With further experience as an associate consultant at RedQuadrant and senior change manager for the States of Guernsey, Leanne has achieved significant results such as developing business cases and target operating models that generate substantial cost savings. Leanne holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of York, alongside various certifications from the Chartered Management Institute and CIMA.
