Mark Walmsley is a seasoned professional services practice manager currently leading the Global Professional Services practice at Imply since July 2022, overseeing implementation and support for Fortune 500 customers across multiple regions. Prior experience spans various leadership roles at AppDynamics from 2014 to 2022, including Delivery Manager for the West Coast where Mark managed a consulting team and significantly contributed to revenue growth and team development. Earlier roles at IBM and Candle involved technical support and management responsibilities, while positions at Softouch Systems, PurchasePro, and Technologic Software/Priada encompassed service management and software development leadership. Mark holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a PhD in Astrophysics from Durham University, complemented by a strong mathematical foundation from Queens' College, Cambridge.
