Andi Andana Bangsawan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career in 2014 as the President of the Indonesian Community at SIM, where they organized events and community gatherings for Indonesian students. In 2017, Andi served as a Project Intern at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Duta Kepulauan Riau, working on loan performance data analysis. They created a framework for data analysis and provided recommendations to address non-performing loans. During the same year, Andi also co-founded a student-led initiative called HR & Organisational Consulting Career Chapter in SIM, where they organized various events and seminars, inviting industry experts to share insights with students.

In 2018, Andi joined Esports Asia TV as a Host, where they interviewed CEOs, founders, and industry experts in the esports industry, aiming to provide a platform for their stories to be heard. They actively discussed perspectives and outlooks on the esports industry. In 2019, Andi became an Entrepreneur In Residence at REAPRA PTE. LTD., contributing their expertise and insights as part of the team. They also founded their own company, Sleepy Studios, where they served as the Founder until 2022.

Currently, Andi holds the position of Head of Esports Programming at IMPLS Entertainment, starting in November 2022. Their experience includes a mix of leadership roles, entrepreneurship, community building, and data analysis, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in various environments.

Andi Andana Bangsawan pursued their education at SIMGE (SIM Global Education) from 2013 to 2015, earning a Diploma in International Business. Andi further continued their studies at SIMGE from 2015 to 2018, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance.
