Marina Leadbetter (Hoole) has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of Imployable App, a career management and EdTech platform. In 2016, they were an Operations Director for Portcullis Legals Ltd, an MBA Student at the University of Exeter, and a Committee Member for the Institute of Fundraising.

Marina Leadbetter (Hoole) has a comprehensive education history. Marina obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Exeter in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2016 to 2017. In 2021, they completed a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Management and Services. From 2007 to 2010, they earned a BSc (Hons) Events Management from the University of Plymouth in Event Management and Marketing. Marina also completed A Level from Kingsbridge Community College in Communication and Media Studies from 2001 to 2007.
