Ines Jordan currently serves as the Chief Process Officer and Lean Managerin at implantcast GmbH since January 2022. Ines has been a Dozentin for Lean Management at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg since October 2013, where Ines also completed a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieur Produktionstechnik from 2011 to 2013, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieur Produktionsmanagement from 2008 to 2011. Previously, Ines worked as a Kommunikationsrebellin at kommunikationsrebellen from March 2020 to January 2022, and held the positions of Prokuristin and Projektingenieurin at Competence Centrum mittelständische Industrie GmbH (CCMI) from October 2013 to January 2022.
