Meg Philipp

Director of Customer Success at IMPLAN

Meg Philipp has been working in the customer success industry since 2018, when they began as a Customer Success Manager for IMPLAN. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager for OpenText from 2017-2018. During this role, they assisted with developing the Elite Platinum Customer Success Program and the SOP for the Elite Platinum Customer Success program, as well as creating training documents and videos for new hire customer success managers. From 2013-2017, Meg worked at Dell EMC as an Onboarding Specialist Customer Success and Americas WorkFlow Manager. During this role, they created multiple customer handouts, Onboarding SOP, inside EMC blogging, articles within EMC’s Quarterly Bulletin, Onboarding documentation and LEAP training videos. Meg was also the Customer Success Manager for LEAP, Documentum’s newest Web/Mobile Apps, and created and implemented the training program for Global Onboarding new hires. From 2011-2013, Meg worked as an Executive Receptionist/ Executive Officer for Securitas, where they served as an executive receptionist relief providing support to Chevron’s executive staff. From 2010-2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at EMC, where they entered schedules on Outlook Calendar, processed expense reports and booked travel for several Executives. Lastly, from 2009-2010, Meg was a Sales Associate at Zale, where they managed paperwork, shipping and receiving, as well as the sales roster, payroll, scheduling, updated the calendars, ordered supplies and maintained e-mail communications.

Meg Philipp attended Sonoma State University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre Management.
