Lauren Janik has a strong background in marketing, with experience in various roles and industries. Lauren is currently working as a Marketing Lead at Impexium, where they are responsible for managing membership management efforts. Before joining Impexium, Lauren worked as a Marketing Strategist at LRJ Communications/TSL Marketing. In this role, they served as a Senior HubSpot strategist, managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Prior to that, Lauren worked as a Marketing Consultant at LRJ Communications/Brightfind, where they created and implemented strategic marketing plans to promote Brightfind as a leading agency. Lauren also worked at Personify, starting as a Marketing and Events Specialist and later progressing to the roles of Marketing & Communications Manager and Director of Marketing. In these roles, they were responsible for promoting Personify as a leader in association management software, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and managing content for events and user groups. Lauren's career started as a Marketing Manager at the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy, where they created and implemented marketing campaigns and managed a team of customer service representatives.

Lauren Janik attended North Carolina State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations.
