Mike Hawkins is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Field Support Engineer at J.B. Hunt since August 2018, Mike has also held the position of Deskside Support Lead at PGi since October 2005, where responsibilities include providing deskside support. In addition, Mike has served as a Deskside Support PC Tech III, offering support for a wide range of devices and operating systems. Previously, Mike worked as a PC Support Tech at Hewlett-Packard from May 1998 to June 2004. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Herzing University and graduated from Detroit Michigan Mckenzie High.
