Charlotte Rhoades started their work experience in 2013 as a Distributor at The Walt Disney Company. Charlotte then became a Distributor and later a Stock Distribution Supervisor at the same company from 2014 to 2022. From 2012 to present, they have also worked as an Expedition Course Director and Senior Instructor at ACTIV ADVENTURES LTD. In 2022, they joined Openreach as a Diversity and Inclusion Professional, where they were responsible for managing and delivering projects, developing policies and guidance, creating training programs, and providing subject matter expertise on EDI topics. Currently, they are the Head of Access and Inclusion at Imperial War Museums. Throughout their career, they have been involved in creating inclusive policies, building relationships with stakeholders, planning and executing campaigns, and organizing various events. Charlotte is recognized for their contributions to increasing engagement and promoting mental health in the workplace.
Charlotte Rhoades attended Birkbeck, University of London from 2014 to 2018. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
