Reed Liu is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at Imperial Sugar Company since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing sugar mass flow replenishment, sugar loss recovery, and city water balance. Prior to this role, Reed served as Lead Project Engineer at Louis Dreyfus Commodities from December 2010 to January 2015, overseeing scope, quality, cost, and scheduling for a new packaging line, along with coordinating engineering efforts in a greenfield sugar refinery. Reed's career began as an industrial trainee, gaining comprehensive knowledge in various operational aspects, including EHS, production, and quality control. Reed holds a Master’s degree in Food Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition from China Agricultural University.
