Salomé Visagie has a diverse and extensive work experience. Salomé is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Imperial. Prior to this, they worked as an HCM Manager at Resolve Solution Partners from 2013 to 2022. Before that, they were an HR Manager at e-Logics in 2012 and an HRD Manager at Bigen Africa from 2007 to 2012. Salomé also spent a significant part of their career at the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, where they served as a Functional Head from 1996 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as a part-time lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology from 2000 to 2006 and started their career as a Vocational Counsellor at the Department of Labour from 1992 to 1996.

Salomé Visagie completed a BA degree in Psychology at PU vir CHO from 1988 to 1990. Salomé then pursued further studies in Psychology and completed a BA (Hons) degree at the University of Pretoria in 1991. Later, in 1995 to 1996, Salomé attended the University of Johannesburg, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in HRD (Human Resources Development).
