Matt Hughes has extensive experience in board leadership and financial management, currently serving as a Board Member for multiple companies, including Imperative Chemical Partners, Eco Material Technologies, Rosboro, AMECO, and W.W.Williams, among others. Additionally, Matt Hughes holds the position of Managing Director at One Equity Partners since September 2008. Past board memberships include USRowing, PS Logistics LLC, and Merfish United. Matt Hughes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Computers from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
