Karen Yin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director for North Asia at AkzoNobel Powder Coatings since September 2018, Karen has previously held influential positions including Executive Vice President and General Manager at EF Education First, and Marketing, Strategy & Business Development Director at AkzoNobel’s Decorative Paints division. Karen’s career also includes significant roles at ICI Paints China, McKinsey & Company, and General Electric, showcasing expertise in marketing, strategy, and business development. Karen holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science from Fudan University.
