Monisha de Jong is an experienced HR consultant currently working at AYCE Consultancy since October 2023, focusing on optimizing HR processes and policies. In addition to the consultancy role, Monisha serves as an HR advisor at impegno from September 2022, contributing to various HR initiatives. Previously, Monisha held the position of Senior HR Advisor Flex at Olympia Nederland BV from November 2011 to August 2022, where responsibilities included bridging HR policy with management and operational needs. Earlier roles include HR Flex Advisor at Olympia, Store Manager at City Box, and HR-related internships at Gemeente Barendrecht and Dari Financial Services.
