Taran Alexander, MPA, MSHR has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1999, Taran worked as an Advertising Manager at Siebel Systems, Inc. for four years. From 2005 to 2008, Taran served as a Senior Event Planner at Continental Caterers. Following this role, Taran worked as an Interim Director of Sales at Hyatt Place for a short period in 2009.

In 2013, Taran transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager at AgeSong - From Assisted to Community Living, where they excelled at driving residential revenue growth by 48%. Afterward, from 2016 to 2018, Taran took on the responsibilities of a Business Office Manager at Aegis Living, focusing on HR requests, payroll, data analysis, and payment processing.

Taran then joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2018 as a Business Office Director, overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, program launches, and regulatory compliance. Notably, Taran developed an organizational system to catalog and manage 18 years' worth of records within the company.

Most recently, Taran joined Impec Group in 2020 as the Director of People. In this role, Taran delivers presentations, conducts investigations, designs learning and development programs, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Taran also facilitated educational and open companywide communications during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a low infection rate of under 2%.

From 2009 to 2011, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Then, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued further studies and successfully obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the same university, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.

In 2019, Taran enrolled at Pepperdine University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which they finished in 2020.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Taran Alexander also earned a certification in Excel 2019 Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2020.
