Richard Stephen has over 20 years of work experience in the investment and technology field. Richard began their career at Hunter Hall in 2002, where they held various roles including Senior Portfolio Analyst and Manager of Investment and Risk Analysis. In 2016, they joined Impax Asset Management as a Consultant and later transitioned to Technology & Data Architect. Currently, they serve as the Head of Data Architecture & System Development at Impax Asset Management.

Richard Stephen attended Durham University from 1995 to 1999 and earned a degree in BSc (Hons) Computer Science. Prior to that, they studied at Leicester Grammar from 1988 to 1995.
