Sourabh Deshpande has been in the software engineering field since 2011, when they began their role as Senior Software Engineer at Robosoft Technologies. In 2016, they moved to Impartus Innovations, where they have held the same role since.

Sourabh Deshpande completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science from Jawaharlal Nehru National college, Shimoga, Karnataka in 2011. Before that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Science from the Department of Technical Education in Banglore.
