Stefan Botha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in education and engineering. Currently serving as CEO at Optimi Learning since January 2017, Stefan previously held the CEO position at Impaq Education from August 2012 to January 2017. Prior to these roles, Stefan was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from July 2006 to July 2012 and began a career in civil engineering at Africon Engineering International from January 1999 to June 2006. Academically, Stefan earned an MBA with Distinction from Hult Ashridge in 2005 and a B.Eng in Civil Engineering, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria between 1995 and 1998.
