Tebogo Llale serves as the Group Company Secretary at Impala Platinum Holdings Limited since December 2006, performing duties in alignment with the Companies Act, the King Code of Corporate Governance, and the JSE Listings Requirements. Previously, Tebogo held the position of Company Secretary and worked as an HR Superintendent specializing in remuneration, focusing on base pay management, benefits, short-term and long-term incentives, and the implementation of the Total Rewards model. An early career internship at 21st Century Pay Solutions Group provided exposure to remuneration practices and total rewards implementation. Academic qualifications include a degree in Corporate Governance and Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Global Remuneration Professional designation from World at Work, an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
