Mpho Nkeli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in governance and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairperson of the Social, Transformation & Remuneration Committee at Implats and holding multiple roles at Sasol, including Independent Non-Executive Director, Mpho has also made significant contributions as Executive Chairperson and Director at Search Partners International and as a Director at AltoPartners. Previous experience includes roles such as Chief HR Officer at Vodacom, Group HR Director at Alexander Forbes, and Chairperson positions in several committees at Life Healthcare and African Bank. Mpho holds an MBA from GIBS Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the National University of Lesotho, along with ongoing education in the Management Advancement Programme at Wits Business School.
