Abass Bila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, engineering, and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Impactvest Ventures since January 2022, Abass is also a co-founder of O'KIOSK, which focuses on developing solar micro-mesh grids for rural areas. Abass has held various roles at Nordgold since 2012, including Mobile Maintenance Superintendent and Reliability Senior Supervisor, where responsibilities included continuous improvement projects and fleet performance analysis. As co-founder and Managing Director of SMART Burkina Sarl from 2016 to 2021, Abass led initiatives in renewable energy and sustainable development. Educationally, Abass is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management and holds multiple degrees in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and renewable energies.
