Moshe Akirav has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2000. Moshe began their career as a Product Manager at MAAM and IDF in 2000. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Senior Consultant at 2Train4 and a Senior Oracle DBA at Orca Interactive. During this time, they also worked as a Senior DBA Consultant at Tecnomatix. In 2006, they joined eWave as an Infrastructure Analyst, IT Manager, and Senior Solution Architect. Moshe has been with Impactia since 2010, where they currently serve as the CTO. In this role, they are responsible for the product's technological road map, strategic network technology integration, large-scale network architecture design, and high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning. Moshe also has experience with enterprise email deployments solutions including Exchange, Domino, SME, and Zimbra.

Moshe Akirav obtained their MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Mathmatics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University between 2000 and 2004.
