Pat Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and people strategy across various sectors, including education, technology, and mining. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at ImpactEd Group since April 2022, Pat previously held roles such as Chief People Officer at Send, where a global People Strategy resulted in an Engagement Index of 84, and VP People & Operations at Metomic, contributing to a $20M Series A investment. As Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of People at FundApps, Pat led initiatives that earned recognition as a Certified B-Corp and significantly reduced the gender pay gap. With earlier positions at Affinity Water and BHP, Pat has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing employee engagement and performance, supported by a strong educational background in Human Resources Management and Applied Finance from QUT and the University of Southern Queensland.
