Ivy Duke currently serves as General Counsel at ImpactAssets, an organization focused on impact investing and promoting positive change. In addition, Ivy serves as a Board Member at NewTower Trust. Previously, Ivy held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at National Real Estate Advisors, overseeing compliance within an SEC-registered investment adviser. Ivy's experience also includes a role as Counsel at Seward & Kissel LLP, managing legal aspects in the Investment Management Group, and as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Calvert Investments, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory functions and compliance. Ivy began the legal career as an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath, primarily involved in investment management. Ivy holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA in English from the University of Virginia.
