Giovanna Gwilliams has extensive work experience, starting in 2004. Their most recent position was as the Director of Account Management at Impact XM, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at Piddi Design from September 2022 to June 2023. Giovanna also served as a Senior Project Manager at Walmart Canada from March 2022 to September 2022. Between December 2021 and May 2022, Giovanna took a career sabbatical to transition their career. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at kubik, including Account Director from April 2016 to May 2022, Strategic Account Director from December 2018 to January 2022, and Corporate Account Manager from January 2006 to March 2016. Before joining kubik, Giovanna worked as a Conference Coordinator at Independent Financial Brokers of Canada from December 2004 to January 2006. Giovanna also has experience as an Event Coordinator at Rogers Publishing and as a Coordinator at MacLaren McCann both in 2004.

Giovanna Gwilliams has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. Giovanna also earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Trade Show and Event Management from George Brown College in 2004. Recently, in 2020 to 2021, Giovanna obtained a Health Coach Certification in Health and Wellness from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Giovanna has additional certifications in Guided Meditation and IIN Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, both obtained in 2021.
