Daniël Brouwer is an experienced management consultant with a diverse background in healthcare and continuous improvement. Currently serving as an Independent Management Consultant at Impact Stewards since July 2023, Daniël previously held roles as Director Healthcare Transition and Associate at Been Management Consulting from November 2017 to January 2023. As a Zelfstandig Lean & Continuous Improvement Professional from February 2018 to January 2022, Daniël collaborated with major pharmaceutical companies on Value-Based Health Care strategies. Notable experience also includes positions as a Project Manager at VUmc, Senior Consultant at Alma Consulting BV, and various roles focused on process optimization and lean methodologies in organizations such as Vodafone and Spaarne Ziekenhuis. Daniël contributes to community initiatives as a volunteer talent coach and addiction care buddy with De Regenboog Groep. Academically, Daniël holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Groningen and additional qualifications in coaching and Lean Six Sigma.
