Jeff Frankel currently serves as Senior Vice President at Impact Marketplace and Emerald Capital Strategic Advisors, specializing in New Markets Tax Credit consulting for borrowers and community development entities. Previous experience includes leading compliance at Nvsted, an equity crowdfunding platform, and overseeing the Heartland Regional Investment Fund at the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership. Frankel has also held financial analyst positions at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation and Advantage Capital Partners, providing portfolio management and risk assessment. Additionally, Frankel managed residential properties as a Regional Property Manager and gained event planning experience at the University of Missouri. Frankel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri.
