Roderick Bryant has a strong background in architecture and engineering, with a focus on residential design. Roderick is currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Impact Housing since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product Engineering at USH - Universal Standard Housing from April 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Impact Housing and USH, Roderick held the position of Sr Director, Architecture and Engineering at Blu Homes from May 2019 to April 2020. Roderick also worked as an Architecture and Engineering Designer at FactoryOS from March 2018 to May 2019. Roderick's experience also includes a significant period at Blu Homes, Inc, where they served as the Senior Director of Architecture and Engineering for 5 years from April 2013 to March 2018. Roderick started their career as a Design Manager at Shelter Industries from March 2012 to March 2013, and prior to that, they served as a Design Manager at ZETA Communities from August 2010 to February 2012.
Roderick Bryant obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from Kent State University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Roderick then pursued a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree at The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1988.
