Jihane Najjar is an experienced professional in leadership coaching and human resources consulting, currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Human Resources Consultant at Leverage Consulting since May 2012, and as an International Career and Transition Coach at IMPACT Group since July 2021, where Jihane supports expatriates and their families with relocation and career transition. As the Founder and Managing Director of Academic Jobs Middle East since September 2019, Jihane oversees operations and strategy. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant and Regional HR Manager at Tyco, Head of Recruitment and Selection at Debbane Saikali Group, and Human Resources Manager at the Office of Jihane's Highness Sheikha Mozab Bint Nasser Al Missned. Jihane began their career as a Senior Research Associate at RAND. Jihane holds an MA in Public Administration with an emphasis on HR Management and a BA in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.
