Grant Schuster is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and risk analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Impact Development Management, LLC since April 2023, Grant previously held the position of Assistant Vice President - Operational Risk Senior Analyst at Citi in the Personal Banking & Wealth Management Technology sector from August 2022 to April 2023. Grant's military career includes five years in the US Navy, rising to the rank of Lieutenant and serving as an Anti-Terrorism Officer aboard the USS LASSEN (DDG 82), as well as holding roles as First Lieutenant and Communications Officer for LCS CREW 212. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
