Oswaldo Vallejo is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the food and oil industries. Prior to this role, Oswaldo was Operations Director at KUA Mex Foods for over four years, managing multiple business units and a team of over 450 employees. Oswaldo's background includes significant positions at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included managing production lines and maintenance processes, as well as engineering roles at Weatherford, focusing on operational planning and field engineering. Oswaldo holds a Master’s Degree in Control Engineering and Automation Process and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín.
