Navaneeth S is a Senior Business Analyst at Impact Analytics since April 2023, previously serving as an Apprentice Leader and Trainee Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma Inc. from September 2019 to March 2023. At Mu Sigma, Navaneeth contributed to improving customer onboarding and enhancing email marketing effectiveness, achieving a visibility uplift of $12M through standardized measurement methods and developing a Power BI dashboard. Significant accomplishments include recommending data-driven changes that resulted in a monthly uplift of $173K and launching a dashboard to provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey. Navaneeth also executed multiple email marketing campaigns and developed a framework to measure campaign effectiveness.
