Loren Dugan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT operations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at Impac Services since 2010, Loren focuses on optimizing client systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing costs. Prior to this role, Loren held various positions at POWER Engineers, including IT Program Manager for Business Systems and Department Manager for Applications Development, where responsibilities included managing business systems and leading application development teams. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Director at POWER Engineers, overseeing all IT operations, and serving as Site Commander for the United States Marine Corps, where Loren managed the combat readiness and training of 300 Marines. Loren's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management/Systems Acquisition from the Naval Postgraduate School and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Electronics Management from the University of Idaho and Southern Illinois University, respectively.
