Leyna Madison's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Imogen Roche Foundation, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Leyna worked at Manhattan Youth for ten years, starting as a Director in March 2011 and continuing in that role until June 2021.

Leyna Madison earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Alfred University in the years between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts - MA in Education from Marywood University from 2009 to 2011.
