Hai Liu is a partner of IMO Ventures. He invests in TMT, Fintech, Consumer and Healthcare industries. He was a partner with GSR Ventures and he worked with Samsung Mobile in South Korea. Hai holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Seoul National University and a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
