Priya Rajaratnam has extensive work experience in the clinical operations field. Priya started their career at LEO Pharma as a Clinical Associate in 2005. Priya then worked at Princess Margaret Hospital as a Clinical Study Coordinator in the Drug Development Program from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Priya joined Ora, Inc. as a Monitor and later progressed to the role of Clinical Project Manager from 2009 to 2011. Priya then became a Senior Clinical Project Manager from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Priya joined PAREXEL International as a Project Leader. Priya held this position until 2015 when they were promoted to Senior Project Leader. Priya remained in this role until 2020.

Currently, Priya works at ImmunoGen, Inc. as a Senior Clinical Trials Manager since 2020. Priya has since been promoted to Associate Director of Clinical Operations in 2022 and later to Director of Clinical Operations in 2024.
