Qi Wei has been working in the scientific field since 2001. Qi started as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Qi then moved to Joyant Pharmaceuticals in 2005, where they held the role of Research Scientist. In 2012, they returned to UT Southwestern Medical Center as a Research Scientist. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Scientist at ImmuneSensor Therapeutics.
Qi Wei obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry in Shanghai, China between 1998 and 2001.
