Shanmugam Nagappan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing global technology and operations centers in India. Currently serving as Managing Director and Director on the Board at IMMO, Shanmugam is responsible for establishing the Technology Hub in Chennai and Gurgaon. Prior to this role, Shanmugam held significant positions including Country Leader and Director at OEConnection, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering and technology initiatives. With a background as an angel investor and startup mentor, Shanmugam has also contributed to organizations such as Replicon, Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, and Pride Technologies, focusing on scaling technology centers and managing global capability centers. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Houston and a B.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
