Tom P. has a long and varied work experience. Tom started their career in 1997 as an Audit Senior at Rouse & Co. In 2005, they moved to Future Capital Partners as the Fund & Investment Accounting Director. In 2013, they became the Owner-Director of Penn Place Investments Ltd and Jacaranda Capital Partners. At Jacaranda, they specialized in finding creative ways to finance very early stage companies and start-ups, with a focus on the leisure, tech and property sectors. In 2014, they became the Non Executive Director of Cage Cricket. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder & Non-executive Director of Oxygen Freejumping. In 2016, they became the Non Executive Director of IMMJ Systems, as well as the Trustee of Watford Citizens Advice Bureau.

Tom P. obtained a Bsc in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Southampton between 1992 and 1995. Tom also obtained an ACA certification from the ICAEW in November 2002.
