Alain Deveaux began their work experience in 1972 at the Service Technique des Programmes Aeronautiques, where they managed the national research and development budget for aircraft noise and pollution abatement. Alain then moved on to become an Airworthiness and Rulemaking specialist at the same company from 1978 to 1984. From 1984 to 1992, Deveaux worked as an Airworthiness Administrator at Honeywell Engines and Systems. Alain then joined Hispano-Suiza in 1992 as a Programs Manager until 1993. Following this, Deveaux worked as a Consultant from 1993 to 1996. In 1997, they became the President and Owner of Immersion USA, where they focused on promoting and improving international cooperation among US and European companies.
Alain Deveaux's education history begins in 1968 when they enrolled at the Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Constructions aéronautiques. Alain completed their engineering degree in Aeronautics and Space in 1971. After a significant gap, in 1987 they pursued their MBA degree in General studies at the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 1989.
