Jay Watson has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality software industry, currently serving as an Application Instructor and Product Specialist at Immersion Hospitality since September 2009. In this role, Jay conducts training courses and provides on-site support for software installations. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Instructor at SoftBrands and a Support Specialist at Multi-Systems Inc. Jay began a career in hospitality with a position as Front Desk Supervisor and Bench Manager at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott from June 1999 to April 2008. Jay holds a degree from Arizona State University, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
