Tom Klein has extensive experience in the industrial sector, spanning 40 years and progressing from a helper to a strategic growth and development leader at IMI Industrial Services Group since February 2013. In this current role, Tom focuses on building partnerships to enhance a total solutions company for industrial manufacturing plants both regionally and nationally, with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and service quality. Prior to this, Tom was a founding member of Engineered Fabrication Inc. from August 1984 to January 2013, starting the company in Toccoa, Georgia, alongside familial ties in a modest facility originally designed for tractor trailer repairs.
