Olivier Berger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the industrial sector. Olivier held the position of Industrial Vice President at Imerys, where they oversaw the Refractory, Abrasives & Construction division. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President & General Manager of the Imerys Fused Minerals Division, responsible for managing a team of 2500 employees and generating €600 million in revenue. Olivier also served as the General Manager of Imerys Fused Minerals Laufenburg GmbH, where they managed a team of 200 people and €100 million in revenue. Olivier Berger's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Imerys / Treibacher Schleifmittel Group and as a Controller at Imerys Refractories & Abrasives Business Group. Prior to joining Imerys, they worked as an Audit Director at Ernst & Young, where they conducted statutory audits and financial restructures for major French industrial groups. Olivier Berger's skills include strategic management, team leadership, financial analysis, and audit.

Olivier Berger completed their education with a focus on business administration and finance. Olivier obtained a DESCAP Diploma in Business, Administration, and Finance specializing in Audit and Accounting from Burgundy School of Business - BSB in the years 1989-1992. Following that, they pursued a DECF Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Académie de Paris between 1993-1994. Later on, in 2012-2013, Olivier attended INSEAD and completed the Senior Leadership Program, earning a Senior Leader degree in Senior Leadership.
