Birgitte Kortegaard Niclasen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR-partner at Imerco since November 2019. With a strong foundation in human resources, Birgitte previously worked as HR-koordinator at House of Amber from July 2011 to February 2020, where responsibilities included the development of HR processes and strategy, as well as recruitment and onboarding. Additionally, Birgitte served as a project coordinator, managing communication with offices in Beijing and contributing to museum development at Københavns Ravmuseum, where public outreach involved delivering lectures and tours to diverse audiences. Prior experience includes a role as tour leader coordinator at DaGama Travel from 2009 to 2011. Birgitte holds a Master's degree in Chinese Studies from Aarhus University and has furthered education at Aalborg University and Chongqing University.
