Pepijn Boer worked as a Digital Signal Processing Engineer at Catena Radio Design from February 2004 to June 2012. Pepijn then joined imec in 2012 and held various roles including Technical Project Lead, System Architect Team Lead, and Software Lead. In their roles at imec, they worked on projects related to 802.11ah OFDM transceiver and a health care product (ECG-based) for the American market, where they served as a software and system architect.

Pepijn Boer attended Baarnsch Lyceum from 1992 to 1997 and the University of Twente from 1997 to 2003. Pepijn also attended Max Planck Gymnasium, but the start and end years are unknown.
